One thing I did appreciate was them taking care of existing plants around the house and how clean everything was after they were done. Communication between us and Mr. Alfaro was a 10/10. Throughout the process, Mr. Juan Alfaro (Alpha Roofing Solutions), implemented a professional and compassionate approach to address my needs and desires. Accordingly, after the consideration of multiple quotes, I decided to contract with Alpha Roofing Solutions. With that being said, I've been satisfied with the professionalism, cost, service and results. Mr Alfaro and his crew performed at a high quality of service and achieved our goals. 5 out of 5 starsRecently we had a horrible hurricane- 2 other roofing companies gave outrageous prices bc they wanted to see what they could get from insurance- BUT this man stayed ethical and gave us a price we could handle and couldn’t be any better ! Extremely impressed and answers phone every time I call with questions. Definitely recommend!!! See more See less

5 out of 5 starsMr. Juan and his crew were absolutely amazing when Hurricane Helene left us with tarps stretched across our roof. He was quick to come out and quote us (at such a fair rate despite demand being so high) , and let us know up front that it would be a few weeks since they were so booked out, but that he'd have it done before the holidays. When the day came, they had our old roof stripped and our new one up in what felt like no time. By 3 pm that afternoon, they were cleaning up and clearing out. It looks amazing and when my brother in law came in from halfway across the country (he worked in roofing for two decades), he took great pleasure in walking it and confirming what a good job it was. I doubt I'll need a roof again any time soon, hurricanes withstanding, but if I do, Mr. Juan and Alfa Roofing will be my first call. See more See less

He and his crew began working at 7 one morning, left around 7:30 that evening and were back at 7 the next morning to finish. They worked non stop in the heat. What I Love is how friendly, competent, and responsible your team was in getting the job done. You, and your crew were professional, courteous, and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. Alfa Roofing Solutions is someone you can trust. I was actually admitted to the hospital when they installed my roof. Juan, the owner, was in constant communication with me every step of the way, to assure me that all was well. The roofers did a fast, professional job and cleaned up after themselves. They were also careful not to damage any plants. It just reinforced the fact that Alfa Roofing Solutions wanted me to not worry, and to have confidence that they would do exactly what they said. When I got out of the hospital 3 weeks later, I was extremely happy to see my beautiful new roof. It was much more than I had expected. Juan took the time to explain once again what was needed, and why. He also guaranteed if I had any questions, or concerns that they would always be available.
